Well, sort of. 🙂
Most mornings I listen to Martha Stewart Radio on the XM radio in my car. I love the show called Morning Living that airs during my commute.
This morning they had doctor on air talking about the importance of breakfast and asked for listeners who love breakfast (that’s me!) to call in. I did and ended up on air for a few minutes. I shared my story about how I used to hate breakfast, but started eating it when I got serious about losing weight. When I shared that I’d lost 70lbs, the doctor encourage me to sign up for a registry of people who have lost weight (at least 30lbs.) and kept it off for at least a year. Participants complete surveys and share other information to be used in research. the information is used for research. They asked me to e-mail the show and they would respond with information on how to get involved. I did and I’m eager for a reply.
Now I need to go buy a trench coat and new sunglasses to throw off the paparazzi!
